ONLINE RESERVATION
We suggest making the reservations in advance as we cannot guarantee any last-minute availability.
Of course! As long as we have an available slot, we can accommodate you.
Please check your junk/spam folder to be sure. If none, kindly send us a message through WhatsApp or e-mail us at [email protected] with the name used in the booking and the tour you booked. You can also call us at our Customer Service number directly.
Kindly check your card type, as we can only accept payments with PayPal, Visa, and Mastercard.
Our availabilities are real-time, and you should receive your booking confirmation and voucher directly to your e-mail within 2 minutes after payment.
You can print your voucher if you prefer, but we also accept digital vouchers from your mobile phone.
Of course! You can change it on the top right part of the page. There is a currency icon just beside the language preference. We accept Euro, British Pounds, US, Australian, and Canadian Dollars.
We offer a reduced price for children, students, and PWDs. You will see the reduced price upon booking and selecting what type of ticket you need. For now, we do NOT have a senior discount.

AMENDMENT AND CANCELLATIONS
Please contact us by phone or e-mail us at [email protected] with your booking information. For reservations through a third-party platform, kindly contact them directly.
We offer free cancellations for tours with more than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. For tours departing in less than 24 hours, we do NOT provide any refund or compensation.
We allow amendments at least 24 hours before departure, free of charge. Any modification done within the 24-hour window will not have any guarantee and is subject to compensation. Yes. You can bring a small backpack with you.
Our tours take place rain or shine! We rarely cancel our tour due to bad weather, and we will contact you in advance if that happens.
We advise everyone to be at the meeting point at least 20 minutes before departure to ensure you won’t miss your tour. If you booked a time-sensitive ticket, we cannot guarantee your entry; in this case, please contact us to look for other available slots, but they may be subject to compensation.
You only need your voucher (printed or digital) and an I.D., but we always suggest bringing a bottle of water with you.
VATICAN CITY
Definitely! Mister Tour has a special agreement with the Vatican Museums, securing us to skip the general public line. Just expect a small queue for the airport-style security check.
Our office is located close to the entrance of the Vatican Museums. Please check your voucher for the full description and note that the entrance of St. Peter’s Basilica is different from the entrance of the Vatican Museums.
Your tour guide can show you the way up to the dome, but you will have to buy the tickets directly inside. Our visits do not include climbing up to the dome. Please also consider their opening hours:
October 1 – March 31: 7:30 – 17:00 (last entry is 16:00),
April 1 – September 30: 7:30 – 18:00 (last entry is 17:00)
*Except on Wednesday and Sunday mornings.
It is allowed to take photos in all areas of the Vatican Museums and St. Peter’s Basilica, apart from the Sistine Chapel. Using of flash is strictly forbidden, and the use of tripods and stands.
No. The Vatican Museums tickets are single entry only, and the tour ends in the St. Peter’s Basilica, which is not part of the museum. If you wish for more time in the museums, you can leave the tour before entering the Basilica. Please note that the passage from the Sistine Chapel to the Basilica is only possible with your tour guide, so if you leave the tour early, you will have to do the line from St. Peter’s square. The entrance is free.
For Vatican group tours, we cannot accommodate people with a wheelchair due to some itinerary restrictions, but we have options you can take advantage of:
▪ Skip-the-Line Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel Entrance Tickets – Skip the long line with us and visit the Vatican by yourselves.
▪ PRIVATE VATICAN MUSEUMS AND SISTINE CHAPEL WHEELCHAIR TOUR – Skip the line and enjoy your private tour guide that will bring you to a special route through the museums. Please take note that St. Peter’s Basilica is not included as the passage is not wheelchair accessible. You can enter from the square to visit the Basilica, and it is free.
Make sure to choose the PWD option on our tours to take advantage of the free tickets. If you paid for the ticket, you can send us an e-mail, and we will refund the ticket cost.
Wheelchairs are available at the Vatican and free of charge. Please note that you can use a wheelchair with our Skip-the-Line Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel Entrance Tickets and PRIVATE VATICAN MUSEUMS AND SISTINE CHAPEL WHEELCHAIR TOUR, but our Vatican group tours are not designed for wheelchair users.
Shoulders and knees must be covered for both men and women.
